Sports Specific Programme Design

Looking at the specific requirements of your sport, the energy systems involved, the plains of motion, body synergy, core stability, power, agility, balance, speed, strength and endurance aspects involved. Being strong is only good when it can be directly applied to a situation in your sport. Only when looking at all these factors together can you train effectively for your sport. If you really want to see your performance improve, then you need to condition your body for it.

Class Instructing

Classes are a great form of exercise. Although not as specific to your goals as personal training they are fun and varied and great for motivation. Classes are currently available at Fitness First Newport to non members and include advanced circuits, Boxercise, hardcore abs and kick boxing. Please contact me for up-to-date dates and times.  

If you and your friends/collegues are interested in private classes then we are able to host classes exclusive to yourselves.

I am always keen to promote health and exercise, and have a team who can visit along with myself to promote the benefits of health and exercise to your employees, and also give options and programmes for home office or gym use.
