1. How can I pay?
You may pay by cheque or by credit card.
If you wish to pay by cheque, you may still order online but your order cannot be processed until the cheque payment has cleared.
If you wish to pay by credit card your order will be processed as soon as your credit card details are verified. [top]

2. Will my credit card details be secure?
Yes, our online ordering system uses a secure server and PGP encryption to give you total security. [top]

3. What if I need help?
If you need help during the ordering process visit our help page, or contact us by phone fax or email. Our contact details and links to this FAQ page and the help page can be found at the bottom of all of the ordering pages. The help page is a guide to all of the stages of the ordering process and opens in a new browser window so that you can refer to it while you order.

4. I've downloaded your terms and conditions from the credit card submission page but can't open the file?
Our terms and conditions file is in Adobe acrobat (.pdf) format. To get the FREE, EASY TO INSTALL Acrobat file reader visit www.adobe.com and click on the Acrobat reader link. [top]

5. How can I get a username and password?
Visit our Online ordering login page and register your details, remember to include the exhibition and stand number at which you are exhibiting. Once your details have been confirmed you will receive an email from us containing your email and password. [top]

6. I couldn't print the fitting placement grids and have forgotten the link to reprint them?
Visit http://www.dimension8.com/grids2.shtml. and print the page. [top]

7. How can I order special items for my stand?
Special items may be ordered on the elctrical fittings page of our ordering section. Any orders may only be made by prior arrangement with the Dimension 8 sales team who will agree prices with you in advance. The agreed prices etc. should be input into the 'SP' fields near the bottom of the electrical fittings form. [top]

8. What is the clear display space of each infill panel?
2340mm x 950mm [top]

9.What can I use to fix my displays or light exhibits to the infill panels?
If the infill panels are white foamex (see exhibition specification) you may use two part velcro (hook and loop), Blutack or double sided sticky pads. If the infill panels are grey hessian, velcro hook can be used. N.B. Please do not use nails, screws or staples etc as infill panels are only 3mm thick, and you are liable to be charged for the resultant damage. [top]

10. What is the clear height below the ceiling grid?
A. From the building floor to underside of ceiling grid the height is 2430mm. [top]

11. Can I have my company logo on my standard shell scheme name panel.
A. Most exhibition organisers like to keep the shell scheme uniform and as such do not Like logos on the standard name panel. However it can be done (at an additional charge) With the organisers consent.

12. Can I change the fascia colour so that my shell stand looks different from the rest?

13. I wish to exhibit our latest piece of equipment that is very heavy. How do I do it?
A. If your exhibit cant be fixed by velcro, fishing wire or chain hanging packs, we Suggest you email us info@dimension8.com or telephone us for advice. [top]

14. How far do the upright poles extend beyond the infill panels?

15. Can I paint my shell scheme infill panels?
No, but you can order panels (item M) that are covered with nyloop to an available colour choice. [top]
